Delivery & Returns Policy
Delivery of your order
All deliveries must be signed for. Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
Some postcodes may be charged for shipping.
All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Delivery is between 24-48 hours, subject to availability and location, however, delivery may take up to five working days. For express, fast track and recorded deliveries, please contact our sales office for details. Please note orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following day. Orders placed after 3pm Friday and over the weekend will not be processed until Monday.
Europac may use the services of an external courier to deliver your goods. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
Delivery will be between the hours of 7am and 6pm; we are unable to confirm a time. However, once we have received a consignment number from the courier we can email you this code so that you can track your parcel if you wish.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Europac shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery and receipt of full payment of such goods to the customer.
Any damages must be notified within 24 hours. Any notification after this point can't be processed due to us not been able to claim against the courier.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please endorse the delivery note as to the damage when signing for the item(s)
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized product). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
